Shopping for Mom can be tough. Moms always say they want nothing more than a card saying you love them. And now that I’m a mom myself, I can attest that this is true. Ok, maybe with some flowers thrown in. Or breakfast in bed. If you are looking for something lovely and meaningful for the moms you know, here are 100 handmade gifts that mom would love almost as much as that mushy card.
Because in my family, the card truly is the most important thing. Because, you see, you had better fill every available space in that card. And we’ve been known to even use 2 cards to truly express our sentiments. That’s the kind of card I’m looking forward to getting – as soon as the kids learn to write. :)

Good lord, girl. It would take me a year to come up with a list like that.
This is a fabulous collection! Thanks so much for taking the time to compile it. I’ve been working on making some of my own homemade Mother’s Day gifts as well!
Love love love! So many great ideas.
Thank you Sarah! Hopefully this will make finding the perfect gift for Mother’s Day a little easier – but then again, maybe I just made it harder to choose! :)
There are so many incredible ideas on this list! Honored to have been included in such amazing company!
As always, your roundups are ahhhhhmazing! So many fun projects that are perfect for Moms. Thanks so much for including my flower pin!
Love this! I’m totally pinning it and referring back to it later!

Of course! It looks sooo relaxing! :)
Oooh, what a fun list – thanks for including our memory pillow!! There are so many things that I’d love to make for myself, though I suppose making a few for my own mom would be kind as well ;) I could also see many of these being great birthday or holiday gifts – thanks for sharing!
I know, that’s the problem with making a list like this – now I have too many things I want to make… for myself! ha! Have a great weekend Andrea!
Some really great ideas, Stephanie.
Great ideas, will forward to husband :)
Chris’s family is the same way about cards. It’s so funny, I married him and was completely weirded out by how much they were into greeting cards and sentimental messages written inside said greeting cards. Because my family NEVER does cards. Or if they do, they just sign their names after the pre-written message. Ha.
Anyway! I love that you took the time to put together all of these ideas. So many possibilities in one place!
It’s funny how every family is different with cards. Mark’s family does a card for every occasion (Halloween, Valentine’s, etc) and my family only does cards on birthdays. I guess we make up for all the other holidays with all the writing in that one card :)
Woah what an incredible DIY list!
Wow Stephanie what a great round up. Thanks for all the ideas!
Thanks so much for including me on your list. It’s such a wonderful group of projects and that makes it even more of an honor!
You’re welcome Allison! This was a super fun list to put together – everything I’d like to get, all in one place, ha!
Fabulousness. But I suppose I no longer have the excuse of not knowing what do get her.
All great ideas and lots to choose from! Where to start? :-)
Mo
What a great list! Thanks for including me, Stephanie. Hope you have a great Mother’s Day!
My mother would love the bag:) Even though her baby isn’t a baby anymore, she still loves a huge bag with lots of zippers and pockets!
What a great roundup Stephanie. I don’t have any Mums to make or buy for anymore but there’s quite a few things in this list that I would love to do for myself. I’m pinning and sharing on my FB page. Its great!
Anne xx
I know, it’s a bummer to not have Mom around to make gifts for. I think that means we should get extra gifts for ourselves.
I love the stitched notebooks! That would be a great idea for a couple of my girlfriends.
