Grapefruit Rosemary Infused Water

Yield 32 oz



  1. Cut the rind away from the grapefruit (leave a little rind for added flavor) and cut the fruit into slices.
  2. Fill a jar or infuser bottle with water, then lower the fruit into the water (instead of pouring water over the fruit).
  3. Infuse for 2 hours at room temperature and up to 24 hours in your refrigerator.
