Cucumber Melon Wine Slushy

  1. Pour 1 cup of white wine into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  2. Combine the chopped cucumber and water in the base of a blender and blend on high until smooth. Use a mesh strainer to separate the cucumber juice from the pulp.
  3. Puree the cucumber juice along with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
