With each new year comes new resolutions to eat better, healthier, smarter – insert adjective. And the meal that has become more and more stressful in our house is breakfast. It’s embarrassing how often I’m reduced to bribing and cajoling the kids to eat something, anything for “the most important meal of the day.” My standards have fallen far when I consider a bowl of Golden Grahams a success. That’s why I love this list of make ahead breakfast recipes. Not only are the meal ideas healthy but they can be made the night before – or even the week before. Because the kids are not the only ones bleary-eyed first thing in the morning!
