Nature Valley Muesli Breakfast Cookies
Yield 16 cookies
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup Nature Valley Muesli
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heat over to 350 degrees and like a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the almond butter and honey until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in additional ingredients.
- Drop a heaping tablespoon onto the cookie sheet and flatten dough slightly with a spoon.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool completely and store in airtight container.
