Carrot & Kale Delight
Packed with nutrient-rich seasonal ingredients, this smoothie is perfect for wintertime.
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk or water
- 3 kale leaves
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1/2-inch chunk of fresh ginger)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
