Strawberry Mango Metabolism Smoothie
Yield 2 servings
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 fresh mango, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pour coconut water, frozen strawberries, mango, ginger, cinnamon and cayenne in a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
