Brunch is, hands down, my favorite way to entertain. It feels special yet is still casual and (relatively) stress free. And one super easy way to up the wow factor – your very own fresh juice mimosa bar.
And it wouldn’t be brunch without a mimosa, but how much better is it when you can pick your own flavor? Or mix and match? I used a brut champagne because it pairs really well with bright fruit flavors and the price point is perfect serving for a crowd.
Decant your juices (yes, store bought is perfectly acceptable) into fun mason jars. The bright colors look so festive, right? Use chalkboard labels to help folks out. I paired champagne with these juices:

To make the perfect mimosa fill the glass 1/4 of the way with juice and top with champagne. Add a simple slice of citrus or strawberry for garnish.
