I’m a firm believer that baths shouldn’t be limited to just a once-in-a-blue-moon occurrence. I don’t know about you, but I usually underestimate the power of a good bath until 10 minutes in and I'm wondering why I didn’t take one sooner. Not only are baths great for sore muscles, tired bodies and frazzled nerves, they’re also a potent cure for all sorts of cold weather ailments and illnesses. To give me an excuse to get out of my bath rut and take a nice long soak more often, I whipped up three different decadent bath salt essential oil recipe combinations—each perfect for a different time of day.
3 Bath Salt Essential Oil Recipe Combinations
Most bath salt recipes call for a mixture of Epsom salt, sea salt and baking soda, but infused bath salts get their power from essential oils so the list of ingredients is far shorter. And because essential oils carry all sorts of medicinal benefits, I'm sure you can find an oil combination to cure what ails you.
All you need to make these morning, noon and nighttime bath salts is some high-quality salt, your favorite essential oils and several glass jars. Mix it all together and you’re on your way to a better night's sleep, a clearer mind and a more relaxed body.

Do the pink himalayan salts dissolve in water easily or would it be best to grind them up first?
Wendy says
No just put them in the water. They will dissolve on there own.
