Kelp Noodle Salad with Creamy Sesame Citrus Sauce

Sesame Citrus Sauce


  1. Drain and rinse the kelp noodles and add to a large bowl. Add the cilantro and spinach to the bowl.
  2. Add all the sauce ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss salad with the sauce.
  4. Add the avocado and radish, toss again lightly.
  5. Sprinkle with gomasio and dulse flakes, then garnish with a spring of cilantro to serve.
