Hormone-Balancing PMS Smoothie
- 1 banana
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon each chia seeds and cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup Silk Almond Yogurt Alternative
- 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashewmilk
- 6 ice cubes
- Combine everything in the base of a blender, and process until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs and chia seeds, if desired.
