Berry Smoothie Bombs
Yield 36 bombs
- Combine everything in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. To get the different colors like I did, simply play around with the ratio of berries. More acai powder will make darker smoothie bombs, while more goji powder will make lighter smoothie bombs.
- Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer for several hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, transfer to a an airtight container and store in the freezer indefinitely. Add 3 or 4 bombs to your next smoothie and blend as usual.
