As clichéd as it sounds, I think New Year’s resolutions are awesome. I make them every year and I love them. But what I really love, more than short-lived resolutions, is a fitness routine that I can stick to year round–not just one I think sounds fun in January. Something not too hard and that doesn’t make me dread getting out of bed in the morning.
This two-minute ab workout is perfect if you only have a few minutes to spare during the day and you dread the thought of hitting the gym for hours on end. Each move only takes 20 seconds and there is a 4 second rest in between so it’ll be over before you know it and you’ll still be going strong come December.1
