Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Keep in a cool, dark place. Will last for several months.
Add ½–1 cup of the bath salts to a warm bath.
Feel free to add a big scoop of coconut oil if you like.
Soak for half an hour, and you'll get out feeling soft and oily and ready to fall right to sleep. Of course, take care when stepping out as the tub will be slippery. For an added boost, add a few drops of an essential oil with properties that match your health goals.
