Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg and salt

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth; add 1 cup of ice if desired.
