Ingredients

Golden Smoothie

  • 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
  • cup unsweetened organic coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon organic virgin coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon maca powder
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 fresh or frozen mango
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Anti-Aging Coconut-Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1 cup hemp or coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (can be increased to 1 teaspoon)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder

Turmeric + Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

Turmeric + Chocolate Smoothie

Turmeric + Triple Berry Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cup frozen raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Turmeric + Minty Green Smoothie

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy cold.

Notes

To make morning life a little easier, pull together your smoothie ingredients the night before. Round up all the dry ingredients in one place (it can be a freezer bag, food storage container, or a pint glass). In the morning, take the measured ingredients from the night before, add them to the blender with the wet ingredients, and be on the way to a successful day.
