Cucumber Melon Wine Slushy

- 1 c. cucumber chopped
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 ½ c. frozen honeydew melon
- 6 white wine ice cubes
- ¼ c. chilled white wine
- ½ tbsp. agave
Pour 1 cup of white wine into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Combine the chopped cucumber and water in the base of a blender and blend on high until smooth. Use a mesh strainer to separate the cucumber juice from the pulp.
Puree the cucumber juice along with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
