Cucumber Melon Wine Slushy

  • 1 c. cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 ½ c. frozen honeydew melon
  • 6 white wine ice cubes
  • ¼ c. chilled white wine
  • ½ tbsp. agave


  • Pour 1 cup of white wine into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  • Combine the chopped cucumber and water in the base of a blender and blend on high until smooth. Use a mesh strainer to separate the cucumber juice from the pulp.
  • Puree the cucumber juice along with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
