Instructions

  • Combine the coconut oil and aloe vera gel in a small bowl and whisk together until the mixture forms a creamy, lotion-like consistency.
  • Add wheat germ, frankincense, and rosehip oils. Whisk again.
  • Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag. Snip a hole in the corner of the bag and squeeze the lotion into a pump bottle.
  • Massage the lotion into scars 2–3 times a day.

Notes

The massaging action really helps to break down the scar and lessen its appearance, so don't skip that step!
Store your scar lotion in the bathroom cabinet (no need to refrigerate) and use within 3 months.
