Hormone-Balancing PMS Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 tablespoon each chia seeds and cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Yogurt Alternative
  • 2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashewmilk
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine everything in the base of a blender, and process until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs and chia seeds, if desired.
