  • 1-½ cups non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons hemp or chia seeds
  • ¼–½ cup ice cubes (the larger amount if using fresh strawberries)
