Flat Belly Kale Chips | 24-Hour Detox

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, lacinato or curly variety
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300° Fahrenheit.
  • Wash and dry the kale. Rip the kale into bite-sized pieces and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well.
  • Bake the kale for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
