Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk or water
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1 carrot peeled
  • 1 apple cored
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger or 1/2-inch chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
