Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

cup
unsweetened coconut or almond milk
¼
cup
pumpkin puree or mashed sweet potato
½
pear
cored

leaves
of lacinato kale
stem removed
1
1-inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
¼
avocado or 1 teaspoon coconut oil
1
scoop of vegan vanilla pea protein powder
1
teaspoon
blackstrap molasses
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
Pinch
of nutmeg
Optional: pumpkin seeds for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Puree all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top with pumpkin seeds and eat with a spoon.
