Ingredients

teaspoon
cumin seeds
1
teaspoon
coriander seeds
1
teaspoon
fennel seeds
4 to 5
cups
of water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain out the seeds and discard. Store the tea in a thermos and sip throughout the day.
