Homemade Anti-Frizz Spray

Use this homemade anti-frizz spray on wet or dry hair to lightly condition locks and keep flyaways under control without weighing hair down.

Equipment

  • Small bowl or measuring cup
  • Funnel
  • Spritz bottle

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients into a bowl or measuring cup. Whisk well to combine and dissolve the aloe.
  • Using a funnel, transfer the mixture to a spray bottle. Screw the cap on tight, and make sure to give the mix a good shake before each use.

Notes

Short-haired folks might want to stick with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, but go ahead with 2 if your hair is long or really dry.
Feel free to use fresh aloe vera gel for this if you like. Just note that fresh aloe goes bad very quickly, and any extra anti-frizz spray should be used within 3–4 days. 
If using store-bought aloe vera, store your spray in the refrigerator and use within 7–10 days.
