Pesto Chicken Bowl

Ingredients

  • Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup farro
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • Zucchini yellow squash, kale, tomatoes

Instructions

  • Add 1 tablespoon of pesto to the farro, mix and place into a bowl.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
