Ingredients
Shredded chicken

farro

cup
black beans

tablespoon
tomatillo sauce

avocado

teaspoon
chili powder and cumin
Cilantro
Onions
zucchini, yellow squash
Instructions
Mix farro with 1 tablespoon of tomatillo sauce, chicken, chili powder, and cumin.
Place into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
Enjoy warm or cold.
