Ingredients
Shredded chicken

farro

shitake mushrooms
sliced

Nappa cabbage
shredded

shredded carrots
Cilantro

avocado

juiced

tablespoon
soy sauce

tablespoon
oyster sauce
½
teaspoon
ground ginger

teaspoon
sesame seeds
Zucchini
onion, yellow squash
Instructions
Sauté the cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots for 3 minutes or until tender.
Mix farro with chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cilantro, and ginger.
Top with remaining ingredients and cabbage mixture.
Drizzle with extra soy and oyster sauce if desired.
Enjoy warm or cold.
