Ingredients

Chai Latte with Ginger and Stevia

  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 bag chai tea
  • Dash ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia or honey optional

Chaga Medicinal Milkshake

  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 cup chaga tea*
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia to taste
  • Handful of goji berries
  • *To make chaga tea add 1 tablespoon chaga powder to one cup hot water.

Instructions

Chai Latte with Ginger and Stevia

  • In a small saucepan, heat milk of choice. Once just simmering, remove from heat and add teabag, steep as directed. Remove tea bag and stir in sweetener of choice if desired, top with a dash of ginger and serve.

Chaga Medicinal Milkshake

  • Blend all ingredients, then warm slowly in a saucepan over low heat. You can also serve at room temperature, or cold over ice.
