Nature Valley Muesli Breakfast Cookies

  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Nature Valley Muesli
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Heat over to 350 degrees and like a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the almond butter and honey until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in additional ingredients.
  • Drop a heaping tablespoon onto the cookie sheet and flatten dough slightly with a spoon.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cookies cool completely and store in airtight container.
