De-Stress Whipped Body Butter

Here's how to make your own de-stress body butter that soothes your skin and your mind at the same time.

Equipment

  • Double boiler
  • Electric mixer

Instructions

  • Heat shea butter, coconut oil, and coco butter together in a double boiler over low heat until melted.
  • Remove from heat and add magnesium oil and essential oils.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the oils are solid but still soft to the touch.
  • Use a mixer and whip the ingredients for 2–3 minutes until the consistency is smooth and frothy, like frosting.
  • Transfer to a container with lid.
