White Chocolate Raspberry Creme Soda
An easy way to make homemade raspberry creme sodas.

For raspberry syrup:
- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- ½ cup cane sugar
- ½ cup water
For creme soda per serving:
For raspberry syrup:
Place raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then lower heat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing on solids to remove as much liquid as possible. Transfer to a jar and chill for about an hour. Makes about 1 cup syrup.
For creme soda:
Pour creamer and raspberry syrup into the bottom of a soda glass. Add sparkling water. Top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and a mint sprig, if desired.
