Healthy Berry Yogurt Brûlée

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅔ to 2 cups plain Siggi's yogurt 0% or 2% fat is fine
  • 1 pint fresh berries
  • 2-4 teaspoons organic cane sugar
  • Fresh mint optional garnish

Instructions

  • Line the bottom of four six-ounce ramekins with fresh berries, then top with plain Siggi's yogurt.
  • Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle the tops of each one with ½ to 1 teaspoon organic cane sugar.
  • If you have a culinary torch, just run it over the top to melt and caramelize the sugar, otherwise place the ramekins under a hot broiler for a few minutes.
