Grilled Kabobs with Teriyaki Marinade
This is a tangy, salty, sweet marinade that is versatile enough to marinate veggies, mushrooms, poultry, pork, sausage, fish, and beef. Food should marinate at least 30 minutes, or as long as 2-3 hours for maximum flavor.

- 1 pound of poultry meat, sausage, or veggies, cut into 1 ½ cubes¼ cup tamari or soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
Combine marinade ingredients. Place cubed food into a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over the top. Toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 2-3 hours.
Thread food onto skewers and discard marinade. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, well-oiled grill.
