Ingredients
1Fire Roasted Tomato Progresso Recipe Starters
1poundspaghetti
2cupsfrozen artichoke heartscan use canned
1poundchicken breastscooked and sliced
salt and pepperto taste
For toppings - shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and fresh basil
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Drain well and return to pan.
Add the Fire Roasted Tomato sauce to pasta along with chopped artichoke hearts and chicken. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve with parmesan cheese and basil.
Notes
*Canned marinated artichoke hearts can also be used, just drain them well first.*For more concentrated flavor, use ½ pound of pasta with the packet of Recipe Starters, which will make 4 servings.
