Cheese Tortellini with Roasted Broccoli and Sausage

  • 3 crowns of broccoli florets separated
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 smoked sausage links all natural, no-nitrites
  • 1 18-ounce package Three Bridges Triple Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 15-ounce package Three Bridges Heirloom Marinara 
  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving


  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spread broccoli out on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place sausages amongst the broccoli. Roast for 20 minutes or until broccoli is crispy.
  • While broccoli and sausage are roasting, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Three Bridges Tortellini and boil for 3-5 minutes. Drain tortellini and return to pot and stir in Three Bridges Heirloom Marinara Sauce. Set pot over low heat and stir until sauce is heated through. 
  • Divide tortellini, roasted broccoli, and sliced sausage amongst 4 bowls. Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
