cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
½
cup
unsweetened
vanilla macadamia milk
like Milkadamia
½
cup
diced mango
1
tablespoon
toasted shredded coconut
A drizzle of honey
to sweeten (optional)
Chia or hemp seeds or chopped macadamia nuts
for crunch (optional)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a lid. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days.
Stir before serving and add additional milk (for a thinner consistency), honey, and other toppings, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute any milk you like for the macadamia milk. For more protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
