Baking Soda Bath Soak Recipes

Materials

Instructions

  • Mix the baking soda and Epsom salt together in a bowl and add the essential oils. The oils will be absorbed into the baking soda and salt, instead of sitting on top of the water in your bath.
  • Add to a warm bath, and soak for 20–40 minutes.
  • Can repeat up to twice a week.

Congestion Relief

    • ½ cup baking soda

Stress and Anxiety Reduction

    • 1 cup baking soda

Dry Skin Hydration

    • ½ cup baking soda
Benefit: Moisturizes and hydrates dry skin, leaving it soft and smooth.

Menstrual Cramp Relief

    • ½ cup baking soda
Benefit: May help ease menstrual cramps and provide comfort during menstruation.

Sunburn Relief

    • ½ cup baking soda
    • Cool water
Benefit: Cools and soothes sunburned skin, reducing redness and discomfort.
