Ingredients
½cupHerdez Guacamole Salsa
1chicken breast, cookedcan use rotisserie
1cupfarro, cooked
⅓cupcorn
⅓cuppinto beans
¼cupCotija cheese crumbles
¼cupkale, chopped
¼cupmini sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
¼cupred onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Cook the farro according to package instructions.
Place the farro at in a medium bowl. Drizzle on ¼ cup HERDEZ Guacamole Salsa and stir into the farro.
Top with remaining ingredients, drizzle on remaing Guacamole Salsa and mix thoroughly.
