Homemade Rosewater Facial Toner

- ½ cup rosewater
- ½ cup witch hazel alcohol-free
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a lidded glass jar.
- Apply toner with a cotton ball after cleaning your face and removing makeup. Follow up with a hydrating moisturizer.
Notes
