Materials

Cucumber Spa Water

  • 1/2 organic cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • Large pitcher of filtered water

Calming Face Mask

  • 2 tablespoons yogurt plain, sugar-free
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber pureed
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon sage chopped

Instructions

Cucumber Spa Water

  • Combine ingredients in a large pitcher. The longer it sits the more the flavors will infuse. I like to keep my water on the counter because it’s easier for me to drink it lukewarm.

Calming Face Mask

  • Combine ingredients and massage into clean, damp skin. Relax with this mask on for 15 minutes then rinse. Perfect for calming dry, irritated skin.

Notes
