Creamy Cilantro-Jalapeño Sauce

- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 5 tablespoons avocado-oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cilantro is a fantastic remedy for gas, bloating, heartburn, indigestion and stomach cramps. Serve with hot and spicy dishes, such as curries, green chili, enchiladas and Asian noodle dishes. Or drizzled over salad greens.
Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
