This essential oil toilet cleaning spray is made with bacteria-fighting tea tree oil along with vinegar, washing soda, vodka and castile soap.

Equipment

  • 16 ounce spray bottle

Materials

  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup washing soda not baking soda
  • 4 drops liquid castile soap
  • ¾ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup vodka
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 10 drops lemon essential oil
  • 4 drops tea tree oil

Instructions

  • Microwave water until boiling. Add washing soda and stir until totally dissolved.
  • Using a funnel, pour the solution into a spray bottle. Add the remaining ingredients and shake to combine.

Notes

Lightly mist your toilet bowl and scrub using a toilet brush. Or use it in between cleanings to keep bacteria and rings at bay.
Use within 2 months.
