Strawberry Chia Superfood Pops

Strawberry Chia Superfood Pops are a healthy, superfood dessert that take only 3 ingredients to make and the whole family will love.

  • 3 cups sliced fresh ripe strawberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Blend the strawberries and coconut milk in a blender until smooth. Add the chia seeds and briefly blend on a low speed until the seeds are incorporated into the strawberry mix.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
