Strawberry Mango Metabolism Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 fresh mango chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add coconut water, frozen strawberries, mango, ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne into a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
