Superfood Granola

Servings: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup cacao nibs
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup dried cherries
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons melted Horizon Organic Unsalted Butter
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 270 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and toss to combine. Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool completely before transferring to a glass jar.
  • To eat, try it with a bit of Horizon Organic Milk or sprinkled over top a cup of Horizon Vanilla Yogurt.
