  • Double boiler
  • Glass jar with lid



  • Add raspberry leaf coconut oil, evening primrose oil, shea butter, and beeswax to a double boiler.
  • Melt ingredients above a low simmer.
  • When completely melted, remove from the heat, add peppermint drops, and stir to combine.
  • Pour into a container that has been thoroughly cleaned and dried.


To use, apply to abdomen and lower back when symptoms arise.
