evening primrose oil

shea butter

beeswax

peppermint essential oil
Instructions
Add raspberry leaf coconut oil, evening primrose oil, shea butter, and beeswax to a double boiler.
Melt ingredients over a low simmer.
When completely melted, remove from the heat, add peppermint drops, and stir to combine.
Pour into a container that has been thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Notes
To use, apply to abdomen and lower back when symptoms arise.
