Easy Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tablespoon sea salt
  • ¼ tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously until well incorporated (about 1 minute). If possible, allow the dressing to sit for 30 minutes before eating to allow the flavors to come together.
  • Add your salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Top with Easy Vinaigrette.
