Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup tahini
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients until creamy.
  • Allow to sit for 15 minutes before eating.
  • This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a week to 10 days.
