Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup dairy free milk
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp peeled ginger root
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve it right away or pack to go.
